Depending on your company's internal security policy and application configuration, one of the following options will be presented when you click the Forgot Password link on the PeopleFluent Sign In page:
Auto Password Reset: If your company has selected this option, you will automatically receive an email message that contains a temporary password. Use the temporary password to sign in and then complete the password change process.
Secret Question / Secret Answer: If your company has selected this option, your secret question will be displayed when you click the Forgot Password link. Enter the correct answer to sign in, and then complete the password change process.
Contact Your System Administrator: If your company has selected this option, a message will be displayed directing you to contact your system administrator to request your password be reset.
Note: If PeopleFluent iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) is enabled, the login page that is specific to iPaaS includes a Forgot Password link.
