Change Your Secret Question / Answer

If your company uses secret questions and answers to retrieve or reset your password, you can change the question and / or answer. For more information, see About Secret Questions and Answers.

  1. Note: If PeopleFluent iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) is enabled, users cannot configure secret questions or secret answers on the My Account Page.

To change your secret question and / or secret answer

  1. Select My Account from the Global Options Bar.

  2. Click Change Secret Question / Answer button on the main navigation panel.

  3. If the company provides a pre-selected list of secret questions, do the following:

  1. Select the desired secret question from the Secret Question list.

  2. Enter the answer to the secret question in the New Secret Answer field.

  3. Click Save.

  1. If the company allows users to define their own secret question, do the following:

  1. Enter the desired secret question in the Secret Question field.

  2. Enter the answer to the secret question in the New Secret Answer field.

  1. Click Save.
