The My Account page allows users to change their passwords, select default settings, and view end-user license agreements.
You can access the My Accounts page in any of the following ways:
Click the My Account link on the Global Options Bar at the top of any page in the RMS Recruiting Portal or Sign-in Portal.
Click the Preferences link at the top of the screen to access the My Account page from the RMS Administration Portal, Staffing Agency Portal, Security and Administration Portal, Interview Scheduling, Onboarding, Contact Management, or Talent Management applications. If you are previewing the new Onboarding user interface, you can access the My Account page from the Account menu at the top of the application.
Depending on your company's configuration, the following options are available on the My Account page:
Set Preferences: Click this option to select your preferred organization and application, preferred organization unit (if applicable), and accessibility preference.
Change Locale Settings: Click this option to change your default locale (language) setting.
Change Password: Click this option to change your password.
Change Secret Question / Answer: This option appears if your company uses secret questions and secret answers to allow users to recover their passwords. Click this option to manage your secret question and secret answer.
View License Agreements: This option appears if your company requires users to view license agreements. Click this option to view the license agreements for the applications and organization units to which you have access.
Note: If PeopleFluent iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) is enabled, you cannot use the My Account page to change your password or configure secret questions and secret answers. To change your iPaaS login password, click the Settings option in the navigation bar and in the Change Password window, enter a new password as indicated.
