Enter Information Requests

Information request tasks can be completed by internal task owners. Information requests ask you to enter and/or verify data related to the new hire. When you submit the information, it is written to the corresponding fields in the database.

To complete an information request

  1. Do one of the following:

  1. Click the icon in the Type column on the Tasks page

  2. Click the task name to display the Task Details page, then click the Please Complete the Following Information link. The Information Requests page appears.

  1. Enter or select values for the information request. If values appear in the fields, these are based on current new hire engagement information.  

  2. Click Submit. The data is written to the database. If the Information Request requires approval, the task will move to a Submitted status and will be reassigned to the designated approver. If it does not require approval, the task will automatically be marked as completed.
