Setup and administration of the Onboarding application is performed in the PeopleFluent Security and Administration Portal. For Onboarding, this includes:
Setting global organization parameters
Creating and managing tasks and task lists
Adding and managing files
Defining and configuring fields, panels, and custom field value lists for use in Onboarding and the New Hire Portal
After being authenticated by the system, users can traverse to the Security and Administration Portal and select Onboarding from the navigation menu. The Onboarding menu includes two administration options:
Onboarding Administration: Allows client administrators to define organization parameters, task templates, task list templates, and file templates.
Field Administration: Allows client administrators to manage new hire profile fields as well as create custom fields in Onboarding.
