About Engagement Filters

The Engagement Filters section is located at the top of the Engagements page. Predefined filters for onboarding engagements include My Engagements and All Engagements. The My Engagements filter displays all engagements for which you are the assigned onboarding manager. The All Engagements filter displays all engagements regardless of status.

Beyond the standard filters, users can create custom filters to locate specific engagements. Custom search filters allow you to locate specific engagements that meet set criteria. The following table defines the functionality behind the filter icons:

Create New Filter icon

Click the Create new filter icon to display additional fields on the Engagements page that allow you to establish criteria for a custom engagement search filter.

Edit Search Filter icon

Click the Edit selected filter icon to display the criteria of the currently selected engagement filter. You have the option to modify criteria for any custom filter you have created.

Delete Search Filter icon

Click the Delete selected filter icon to remove the custom filter from Onboarding. You have the option to delete any custom filter you have created.

When creating search filters, the criteria are defined using the following fields:

Enter one or more letters of the new hire's name.

Enter the new hire's start date.

Additional management options include the ability to edit and delete filters. All custom filters are, by default, only available to the user who creates them. With appropriate permissions, a user can make a custom filter public and thus available to all users with rights to the Engagements tab.
