About Engagement Actions

Once an engagement exists in Onboarding, you can perform certain actions on the entire engagement. All actions are executed from the Engagements page by selecting the check box for one or more engagements, choosing an action, then clicking Execute.

Change Status

Selecting Change Status allows you to update the status of the entire engagement to cancelled, completed, in progress, or on hold.

Change Start Date

Selecting Change Start Date allows you to modify the new hire start date. When you change the start date of the engagement, the application automatically updates the due date of all tasks.

Change Onboarding Manager

Selecting Change Onboarding Manager allows you to assign the engagement and any tasks assigned to the former Onboarding manager to another user with appropriate Onboarding permissions.

Issue New Hire Log in

Selecting Issue New Hire Login allows you to reset the new hire's password to the New Hire Portal and send the new hire an email with the updated login information.

Resend New Hire Notification

Selecting Resend New Hire Notification will resend the new hire their login information to the New Hire Portal. The new hire's credentials are not changed by this action.

Change the New Hire Portal

Selecting Change the New Hire Portal opens a pop-up window from which you can choose from a drop-down list of all active new hire portals. Once a new portal is selected, new hire's associated with the engagement will automatically be directed to the newly assigned portal when they return to complete their tasks.
